China Children and Teenager's Fund （CCTF） was established on July 28th, 1981. It affiliates with China Women's Federation (ACWF) and is the first national-level public charity foundation after the establishment of China. CCTF is evaluated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs as the 5A grade (the highest) charity foundation. Kang Keqing, Chen Muhua, Peng Peiyun, Gu Xiulian and Chen Zhili have successively been the president of CCTF. The current president is Song Xiuyan, vice-president and first member of the Secretariat of the ACWF. First Lady Peng Liyuan is the special Envoy for Spring Bud Project: Promoting Girls' Education.
Our Purpose is to care for, foster and educate children and teenagers in China and to assist the government in improving the children and teenagers' education and welfare conditions. The Spring Bud Project, the Safety and Health Project and the Hello Kids Project are CCTF's main brand projects, with the first being a successful example of charity organization's dedication to promoting education for girls.
