为什么发起这个项目？

这次筹款将为江苏同天，开展关注LGBT+群体的活动带去支持！

江苏同天至今已走过15年多历程，在南京乃至国内有着较好声誉。工作组拥有固定办公室和活动室，自2002年4月成立以来，陆续通过热线接听、心理咨询、社区外展、健康检测、聚会交流等方式途径，面向社区开展了多种多样的文化交流活动，并积极倡导健康、快乐的生活态度。

2017年1月1日开始正式生效的《境外非政府组织（NGO）境内活动管理法》规定，境外非政府组织，包括慈善及环保团体，在中国要向警方登记才可工作，警方有权调查这些机构，也可将颠复国家政权、分裂国家等的非政府组织，列入不受欢迎的名单，不得在中国境内再设立代表机构。

受到此法律的影响

除了要求有主管单位、

不得在中国大陆境内募款、

向大陆境内输送资金也加以限制、

不得从事“政治活动”等原则性条款

法规细则尚未全部出台

这让诸多在中国大陆运作的

国际NGO陷入了停滞

由于事发突然

小组财务状况急转直下

已无力支付后续房租

处于解散的边缘

我们是谁？

江苏同天工作组
Jiangsu Tongtian Working Group

一个植根于南京的草根组织，致力于改善南京及其周边地区同性恋群体的生活质量。
A grassroots organization rooted in Nanjing which is dedicated to improve the quality of life for homosexual groups in Nanjing and its surrounding areas.

工作组概况
江苏同天工作组位于中国江苏省南京市，成立于2002年4月，主要由马丁基金会通过青岛《朋友通信》项目组提供经济支持，是不以营利为目的的民间组织。工作组的创始人和第一任协调人是秦旭先生（化名）。现有正式志愿者24人。

Working Group Overview
Jiangsu Tongtian Working Group is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province in China, was established in April 2002, mainly financially supported by the Barry & Martin’s Trust through Qingdao “Friends Communications” project team. It is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization. The Working Group’s founder and first coordinator is Mr. Qin Xu (a pseudonym).  There are 24 formal volunteers in current.

我们的使命
我们相信同性性取向和同性性行为是正常而自然的。由于历史和观念的局限，目前大部分的同性恋群体还处在社会的边缘，无法获得像异性恋群体一样的自由权利与生活空间。他们常常遭到歧视和误解，他们中的极大多数不敢公开自己的真实性取向，过着双重身份的生活，很多人有着不同程度的心理问题。他们常常迫于世俗压力选择异性婚姻，长期在精神世界的痛苦中挣扎。不稳定的性关系还使他们面临艾滋病的威胁。

现在，需要有人来真正关心这个群体的需要；教育和指导他们认识自己，保护自己；帮助他们寻找生活的幸福，实现人生的成功——这就是我们的使命。

Our Mission
We believe that homosexual orientation and homosexual behavior are normal and natural. Due to historical and conceptual limitations most of the homosexual groups are still in the margins of society. They are unable to obtain the same rights of freedom and living spaces as the heterosexual groups do. They often face discrimination and misunderstanding. The vast majority of them do not dare open their own sexual orientation while living in double identities. Many of them have different degrees of psychological problems. They often choose heterosexual marriage forced by mundane pressure and suffer from the long-term throes of the spiritual world. Unstable sexual relationships also enable them to face the threat of AIDS.

Now, there should be someone to really care about the needs of this group; to educate and guide them recognize themselves and protect themselves; to help them find the happiness of life and finally achieve success in life – this is our mission.

我们的目标
改善同性恋群体的生活质量是一项长期而艰巨的任务。我们会根据自身的情况制定一些短期而实际的目标，通过实现这些目标来履行我们的使命。

我们在2020年的目标是：继续倾听同性恋群体的声音，了解他们的需求；宣传健康的生活方式，降低同性恋群体中艾滋病的感染率；帮助加强同性恋群体和个体间的交流；帮助社会其他群体了解和接受同性恋群体；促进同性恋群体的健康发展。

Our Goals
To improve the quality of life for homosexual groups is a long-term and arduous mission. We have developed some short-term and realistic goals according to our own situation, through the realization of these goals to fulfill our mission.

Our 2020 objectives include continuing to listen to the voices of homosexual groups to understand their needs, promoting healthy lifestyles, reducing HIV infection rates in the gay community, helping to strengthen communications between homosexual groups and individuals, helping other groups in society to understand and accept the homosexual groups, promoting the healthy development of this group.
